Ocie Onita Lingo, 85, of Jonesboro died Tuesday morning at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. She was born March 6, 1928 in Swifton to Joe Owen and Gertha Runyon Gray. She owned a daycare and was a member of The Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe Lingo; brother, J.O. Gray; sister, Juanita Henderson.

Survivors include her brother, Thirle (Lou) Gray of Jonesboro; sister, Pearley May Cantrell of Newark; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday 10:00am at the Swifton Cemetery under the direction of Cox-Fears Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge with Brian Combee officiating.
