Olus Harold "Chip" Gill, 58, of Walnut Ridge passed from this life on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro.  He was born June 15, 1965, in Jonesboro to the late Olus Harold and Mary Francis (Etchison) Gill. He was united in marriage to Susan Park on March 19, 1994, in Southside. He was a farmer and was of the christian belief.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Ann Sexton and Sharon Kay Gill.

He is survived by his wife, Susan of the home; daughter, Marguerite Gill of the home; sister, Charlotte Koob (Terry) of Houston, Texas; and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 7, 2024, from 12 until 2 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.  Funeral services and burial will be private.  All arrangements are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.

Cousins will serve as pallbearers.
