Walnut Ridge- Pauline Howard, 94, of Walnut Ridge passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Walnut Ridge.  She was born August 1, 1922 in Strawberry to F.K. (Bud) and Verna Milligan Willmuth.  Pauline was a member of First Baptist Church in Walnut Ridge.  She was in retail sales for fifty-two years, volunteered at Headstart, and also worked the election polls for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jerry Wade Howard; and sister, Brenda Moore.

She is survived by son, John David Howard (Terry) of Walnut Ridge; daughter, Paula Hutcherson (and the late Bob) of Walnut Ridge; brothers, F.K. Willmuth (Nina) and Murphy Willmuth (Carolyn), both of Strawberry, Charles Willmuth (Colleen) of Cave City; sisters, Mary Wanda Williams of Cave City, Sue Ratliff (John) of Conway; brother-in-law, Bob Moore of Conway; grandchildren, Rob Hutcherson, Holly Onstead, Kara Guinn, Brooke Harper, Paige Cunningham; and sixteen great grandchildren.

Honored to serve as Pallbearers are Jimmy Williams, Mark Ratliff, Danny Ratliff, Mike Willmuth, Shane Cunningham and Eddie Witt

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 13, 2016 from 10-11 am at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.  Funeral will follow at 11 am with Jake Guenrich officiating.  Burial will be at Lawrence Memorial Park under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.
