Phyllis Tinker, 71, of Walnut Ridge passed from this life Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Advanced Care Hospital in Searcy. She was born August 26, 1946 to Orville and Lucille Escue Ballard at Walnut Ridge. She was a former employee at Skil and of the Christian belief.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Linda Miller.

She is survived by three sons, Barry Tinker (Dana) of Trumann, Scott Tinker and Randy Tinker, both of Walnut Ridge; one sister, Theresa Miller of Paragould; and two granddaughters, Emily and Natalie Tinker.
