Richard Eugene Fogle, 88 of Trevor, Wisconsin, entered into his heavenly home, surrounded by loved ones, on Monday, August 18, 2025. He was born on March 22, 1937, in Anamosa, Iowa, to the late Leonard Fogle and Velma (Woods) Fogle. He was united in marriage to Carole Warth on August 22, 1959, in New London, Iowa. Richard graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with his doctorate in Psychology and worked at his family clinic, Youth and Family Services, for 60 years. He was a proud Marine, an avid antique car collector, and enjoyed collecting rocks with his wife.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his loving wife, Carole, of the home of 65 years; daughter, Renee Todd (Marty) of Black Rock; grandchildren, Robert Netrefa (Rachael) of Calamine, Angela Netrefa and Anthony Todd, both of Black Rock; Frank Todd of Walnut Ridge; great-grandchildren,

Houston, Ryker, Rylee, Rhett, Zander, Scout, Izabelle, Connor, Karter, Miles; and great-great-grandchildren, Haizleigh and Huxley.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 11-1 p.m. at New Life Church in Black Rock, Arkansas.
