Black Rock – RomaDell Aaron, 80 of Black Rock, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Elvis Presley Trauma Center in Memphis, Tennessee. She was born on September 21, 1935 to Roman and Enola Permenter Cromwell in Portageville, Missouri. On February 16, 1957 she married Billy Joe Aaron in Hayti, Missouri. She worked many years for S&H Green Stamp Store in Walnut Ridge, and retired from Farm Bureau. She was a member of the Lions Club of Black Rock, and of First Baptist Church in Walnut Ridge.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Billy Joe Aaron, and her sisters, Camilla Joyce Cromwell and Possie Cromwell.

Survivors include: sons, Bobby Aaron (Kelly) of Hoxie; and Michael Aaron (Terri) of Doniphan, Missouri; grandchildren, AaLesha, Kali, Hunter, Preston, Chailland, Savannah, and Dylan; several cousins; and lifetime friend, Mary Ann Flowers.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 10, 2016 from 12 Noon until 2 pm at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge. Funeral service will follow at 2 pm with Jake Guenrich officiating. Burial will be at Lawrence Memorial Park in Walnut Ridge under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Keith Aaron, Billy Clark, Tim Cool, Michael Cool, Donnie Jones, Jamie McKee, and Brian Jackson.

Honorary pallbearers are Chuck Flowers, Levi Webb, Donald Sanders, R.L. Haynes, Scott Campbell, and Greg Evans.
