Ruby Ella Biggers, 94, of Walnut Ridge died December 20, 2013 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. She was born October 26, 1919 in Shiloh to Charley Andrew and Mary Jane Stacy Stark. On October 22, 1938, she married Fred Elijah Biggers in Caraway. She was a homemaker and of Baptist belief.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Fred; five brothers; two sisters.

Survivors include her son, Freddie Biggers (Belinda) of Walnut Ridge; daughters, Mary Moody (Bob) of Walnut Ridge and Joyce Helms (Joe) of Pleasant Plains; grandchildren, Bobby Moody of Walnut Ridge, Terri McDaniel (John) of Bryant, Leigh Ann Patterson of Little Rock, Mark Biggers (Jennifer) of Walnut Ridge, Scott Helms (Karen) of Harrison, Shane Helms (Karen) of Searcy; seven great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be December 24, 2103 at 11:00 am at Lawrence Memorial Park under the direction of Cox-Fears Funeral Home with Brother Joe Helms officiating. No visitation is planned.
