Ruth Lee Mobley, 90, passed from this life on Friday, September 19, 2025, at her residence. She was born December 17, 1934, in Lafe to the late Othie Lee and Pearlie Mae (Miller) Blevins. She was united in marriage to Robert William Mobley on December 16, 1950, in Pocahontas. She was employed at Douglas Quickcut for many years. She attended the Living Waters Church in Pocahontas. Ruth was a go-getter, exercised daily, enjoyed making wedding cakes, working in the yard, quilting, and canning.

In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Robert William Mobley; her sons, Curtis Mobley and Ron Mobley; siblings, Betty Highcheck, Ben Blevins, Jake Blevins, Billy Blevins, Steve Blevins, Bonnie Blevins, and two infant siblings; and grandson, Lonnie Mobley.

Ruth is survived by her children, Brenda Jackson (David) of Pocahontas, Barb Ridge (Clay), Bob Mobley (Barb) both of Holland Michigan, and Randy Mobley of North Webster, Indiana; siblings, Debbie Huskey of Alton, Missouri, Ellen Sorg (Lawrence) and Linda Lindsey both of Pocahontas, Otis Blevins (Joanne) of North Carolina Roger Blevins of Missouri; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge with funeral services immediately following at 1 p.m. Pastor Scott Wedding will officiate. Interment will follow in the Ingram Cemetery in Maynard under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are David Mobley, Joe Mobley, Brice Shoe, Trevor Parnell, Tyler Camp, Colten Mobley, and Suede Mobley.

A meal will be provided following services and interment at the Living Waters Church in Pocahontas.
