Sallie "Macky" Matthews, 83, passed away Monday, October 1, 2018 at her residence. She was born to Jessie and Katie Carney Roork on January 15, 1935 at Blytheville. Sallie was a homemaker and of the Christian belief.

Preceding her in death were her son, Julius Gene Matthews and a sister, Elizabeth Johnson.

Survivors include brothers, Sam Roork (Betty) and Albert Roork (Anita) both of Salem, and Sonny Swift (Sharon) of Ravenden; a son, Delaine Berg (Tonjia) of Smithville; daughters, Jacklyn Maxine Bradley (Jerry) and Patricia Hufstedler, both of Ravenden and Jimmie Lou Milgrim of Smithville; grand-children, Jeriod Bradley (Misty), Michael Bradley (Leslie), Jonathan Milgrim (Gobbie), Misty Collins, Chance Hufstedler, Aimee Berg and Tristan Matthews; great-grandchildren, Aaron and Isaac Bradley, Heather, Bailey, and Jacob Bradley, Dillon Looney, Aleia, Joseph, and Kelly Collins.
