Pocahontas-Sandra Louise Green, 71, passed away Monday, December 9, 2019 at Randolph County Nursing Home in Pocahontas.  She was born June 2, 1948 in Walnut Ridge to Arthur Lee and Minnie Lizabelle Collins Burrow.  Sandra was a homemaker and was of the Pentecostal belief.

Preceding her in death were; her husband of many years, Bobby Green; her parents; brothers, Cecil Burrow, Billy Burrow, and Estel Roy Burrow; sisters, Bertha Tribble, Bessie Manning, and Wanda Stewart.

She is survived by sons, James Carl (J.C. Green) of Salem, and Terry Green(Tahnee) of Pocahontas; daughters, Ruth Ann Lawson (Kent Matthews) of Powhatan, and Tosha Grooms of Walnut Ridge; sister, Peggy Helton of Jonesboro; grandchildren, James Green, Jacob Lawson (Caitline), Caleb Grooms, Jaysey Grooms, Hunter Green, and Sadie Green; great-grandchildren, Kayleigh Green and Remington Lawson.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 12, 2019 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge with funeral immediately following at 12 p.m. Jimmy Dunlap will officiate. Burial will be in Crossroads Cemetery near Portia.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Jacob Lawson, John Richmond, Hunter Burrow, Clay Huddleston, Steve Liles, and Bobby Burrow.
