Powhatan, AR - Tracy Scott McEntire, 52 of Powhatan passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Walnut Ridge. He was born on June 21, 1963 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas to Donald (Sonny) and Karen Cameron McEntire. On September 21, 1987 Scott married Robyn Brewer in Lynn, Arkansas. Through his life, he worked as a heavy equipment operator, truck driver, and car salesman. He was of the Baptist belief.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents and paternal grandfather.

Survivors include: his wife, Robyn of the home; sons, Dillon and Ryder Scott McEntire of the home, Dustin Barron of Lake City; his mother, Karen Cameron (Oland Duncan) of Walnut Ridge; father, Donald "Sonny" McEntire (Deb) of Walnut Ridge; brother, Byron McEntire of Imboden; sisters, Rhonda Fowler (Scott) of Clover Bend, Tonda Brand of Walnut Ridge; step-sisters, Amanda Betts (Paul) of Jonesboro, Lindsey Romine (Blake) of Walnut Ridge; one grandson, Aiden Barron; mother and father in law, Frank and Joyce Brewer, and brother in law, David Brewer (Dianne), and also numerous other family members and friends that he loved.

Family will receive friends Friday, April 8, 2016 from 5 pm – 8 pm at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church at Annieville on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 2 pm with Jerry Clements officiating.

All arrangements are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.
