Willie Montgomery Norman, 94, of Powhatan, died Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at Randolph Home in Pocahontas. She was born on December 31, 1920 to French and Hattie Lingo White. She was a beautician and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Pocahontas for seventy years.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her first husband, William (Bill) Montgomery; second husband, O.H. Norman; sons, Billy Gene Montgomery and Ralph Montgomery; and sisters, Eula Bruce, Magalene White, and Lucy White.

Survivors include: son, Jim Montgomery of Chicago, Illinois, daughter, Mildred Hessling of Morton, Illinois; brothers, Dent White of Portia and Dean White of Ohio; seven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren, one great- great grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mrs. Norman will be Friday from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm at Cox Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm at Cox Funeral Home. Burial will be at Powhatan Cemetery in Powhatan, under the direction of Cox Funeral Home.
